Our platform provides the governance, observability, and shared services layer that allows health systems and pharma enterprises to approve, integrate, monitor, and scale AI across their organizations. If you've seen AI innovation stall because of security reviews, EHR integration, or compliance friction, this is the problem we are fixing.

Key Responsibilities

Building the V1 control plane.

Platform Architecture & V1 Development

  • Architect the core control plane, leading all technical decisions, technology stack choices, and system design.
  • Write clean, high-throughput production code for real-time model telemetry, drift detection, and automated fail-safes.
  • Build modular, scalable data pipelines capable of handling predictive ML, LLMs, and agentic workflows.

Enterprise Ready Life Cycle Engine

  • Embed enterprise-grade security, identity management, and access controls into the platform foundation.
  • Build automated compliance logging and audit trails aligned with HIPAA, FDA SaMD, and GxP (21 CFR Part 11) standards.
  • Establish cloud-native, containerized deployment patterns supporting multi-cloud, on-prem, and sovereign enterprise environments.

Interoperability & Developer Ecosystem

  • Design clean AI harness, APIs, microservices, to connect models to enterprise data sources.
  • Integrate natively with healthcare data standards (HL7/FHIR, CDS Hooks) and clinical/R&D data pipelines.
  • Ensure seamless interoperability with third-party vendor models, open-source algorithms, and internal enterprise models.

Technical Co-Leadership & Team Scaling

  • Partner directly with the founder (ex-BCG, pharma leadership, two exits) to shape product roadmap, strategy, and company vision.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead an elite founding engineering team as the platform scales.
  • Establish best-in-class engineering practices, code review standards, and CI/CD release cycles.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 0→1 Platform Engineering Mastery: Proven track record as a founding engineer, CTO, or principal architect building complex enterprise SaaS, AI models, or platform tools from scratch.
  • Hands-On Technical Builder: Passionate about writing production code (Python, Go, Node, React, TypeScript) and building V1 independently or alongside a lean, elite core team.
  • Regulated Data & Interoperability Depth: Hands-on experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, CDS Hooks) or complex regulated enterprise data environments (GxP).
  • Security & Cloud Infrastructure Expertise: Strong background in security architecture, identity protocols (OAuth, SAML), cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Founder Mindset & Autonomy: Thrives in high-autonomy, pre-seed environments; passionate about solving hard infrastructure problems and building a category-defining enterprise company.
